CFU per ml assay of S. pyogenes antibacterial samples with SiO2@AuNPs, PhaNPs and various concentrations of PhaNP@Syn71, compared to S. pyogenes control was carried out by growing the bacteria collected from the growth measurement samples on an LB agar plate at 37 °C for 16 h.
