T α/2 is the point (time) at inflection. T50, the time at which half of each amino acid was apparently absorbed. T α/2 and T50 were calculated based on fitting parameters (β and γ) of the Logistic function as detailed in Materials and Methods.

The Logistic function did not converge for Gly.
