Briefly, overweight and obese women on low incomes were randomised to treatment as usual (N = 48), mindfulness‐based health promotion (N = 40) and MB‐EAT (N = 45). Overall, there were no significant robust intervention effects on weight, HbA1C, lipids, or anxiety and depression.
