v1 PE-AAV9 encoding the Dnmt1 +2 G-to-C edit was administered at a dose of 1x10¹² vg total (5x10¹¹ vg per half) by RO injection to 6- to 8-week-old C57BL/6 mice and three weeks after, bulk tissues were harvested and isolated genomic DNA was analyzed by HTS. Dots represent individual mice and error bars represent mean±SEM of n = 3 different mice. Significance was calculated by two-tailed unpaired t-test with correction for multiple comparisons.
