Multiple amine-modified DNA oligos were patterned sequentially onto an aldehyde slide and aligned through use of metal fiduciary markers. Three populations of MCF10As (cyan, magenta, yellow) were stained with unique dyes labeled with complementary CMOs, and patterned onto the slide, resulting in an image of the UC Berkeley and UCSF logos.
