The shaded bars mark the previously known virulence genes to highlight the low G+C composition of these regions. Note a small region to the right of IS200 that also shows low G+C content (discussed in Results and Discussion). The scale at the left is equivalent to 0 to 100% for each plot. The scale below the figure shows the plasmid genome in base pairs.
