^aSeven BCG-vaccinated donors who were thought unlikely to have been exposed to TB and exhibited negative PPD skin test reactions were selected. Only weak and occasional ELISPOT responses to ESAT-6, CyaA-ESAT-6, and CyaA-CFP-10 were observed in this group of donors.
