Recovery (%) was calculated as (Response pre-EMR/Response post-EMR)×100, where response pre-EMR is the average area for the analytes, which have gone through the fractionation process. Response post-EMR is the average area for the same quantity of analyte spiked into the extracted matrix after the fractionation procedure (n=3/condition, run in duplicate).
