Each puff was delivered at equally set intervals (e.g., 2.5–5 min apart) across the 30-min session. Estimated total THC drug amounts (mg) delivered per exposure session were calculated based on volume delivered (determined by tank weights before and after sessions) and THC concentration in e-liquid; Note: air flow is continuous, and vaporized drug is pulled out into the exhaust system.
PG, propylene glycol; THC, Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol; VEH, vehicle.
