Baseline to post-treatment changes were assessed using two-sided paired samples t-tests, 95% CI: 95 percent confidence interval for the post vs. pre mean difference, p<0.05. No correction for multiple comparisons was made due to small sample size (N=4). Brain regions normalized to intracerebroventricular volume (IVC) measured in voxels.
