The schematic illustrates the integration of imaging, clinical, and molecular information to determine disease risk for an individual patient. Disease risk could pertain to the development of pulmonary fibrosis for those with interstitial lung abnormalities or a family history of pulmonary fibrosis or to the development of disease progression for those with established pulmonary fibrosis.
