Case 1 underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection for early gastric cancer at the junction of the antrum and body. (a) A bump was seen in the anterior wall at the junction of the gastric antrum and body (endoscopic ultrasound showed that it originated from the mucosa layer and was 3.0 cm in diameter).
