XAP2 is a member of the hAhR complex in COS-1 cells. COS-1 cells were transfected with 9 μg of pCI/hAhR-FLAG, pcDNA3/βmAhR-FLAG, or pcDNA3; cytosol was isolated, immunoabsorbed with M2 affinity gel, and resolved by SDS-PAGE; and the gel was silver stained.
