Invitation Following online intake assessment at clinic, via telephone or via non for-profit platform Van Wees et al. 2019 [46] 13,658 were eligible and invited. Griffith Fillipo et al. 2022 [49] 1,652 were assessed for eligibility via the Mental Health America online platform.
