(A) The array results were clustered by using cluster software (Stanford University) and presented by treeview (Stanford University). Red indicates enrichment in H/L fraction from indicated interval relative to total genomic DNA, and green indicates depletion of gene in H/L fraction of that interval relative to total genomic DNA. Information about each gene is given in three ways (Image clone ID:NCBI accession ID:Unigene ID). (B) Confirmation of microarray analysis by dot blot hybridization. The graph represents mean values of two independent experiments with the highest signal from a dot in the series (cpm) normalized to 1.
