Effect of Chi/HPMC/Ins hydrogel on the cell viability of human keratinocytes (HaCaT). An increase in the cell viability of keratinocytes was produced by the Chi/HPMC/Ins hydrogel after 24 h, 48 h and 72 h of treatment, as evidenced by the MTT assay method.
