CBG reduces cell viability in PDAC cell lines. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay. PANC-1 and MIAPaCa-2 cells were treated with vehicle (Vhc; Et-OH 70%) or different concentrations of CBG, and cell viability was evaluated at 72 h post-treatment.
