The PeGRP2-overexpressing lines (L-7 and L-8) and wild-type (WT) P. × canescens were treated with NaCl saline (0 or 100 mM) for 15 days. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), and catalase (CAT) was measured in the leaves of no-salt control and salinized plants.
