Tumoral proliferation with solid architecture composed of pleomorphic tumoral cells with epithelioid or fusiform appearances, vesicular nuclei, and prominent nucleoli admixed with multinucleated giant cells, along with numerous mitotic figures. Tumor cells are positive for anti-Vimentin antibodies (B) and anti-CD68 antibodies (C).
