a) BMDM cells were infected with S. brasiliensis yeast and then treated with 20 and 40μg/mL for 24h, which decreased the fungal survival by almost 100% compared to untreated cells. b) BMDM cells were infected with S. brasiliensis yeast and were then treated with 20 and 40μg/mL for 48h, which decreased the fungal survival to 100% when compared to untreated cells.
