Cisplatin exposure induces cell death in pronephros. Larvae AB (wild type) at 9 dpf were exposed to 0.10 mg/mL of cisplatin (Cisp) or embryonic medium (Ctr) for 48 h. The number of positive cells in the glomerular region of the pronephros indicating cell death was quantified using the TUNEL assay. (A).
