Antioxidant activity of Vitis vinifera extracts based on the DCFH-DA assay in MCF-10A cells. Cells were treated with 3.75, 18.75, and 37.5 mg/L of extracts in the presence of DCFH-DA and emission was measured after 0-, 10-, 20-, and 60-min incubation at 535 nm.
