Photographs from the PC-3 wound healing assay. Using the scratch test, we assessed the effects of FALS on the wound-healing ability of PC-3 cells. Low doses of FALS were added (14 μg/mL and 28 μg/mL) after the wound formation, and photographs were taken every 24 h (magnification ×100). Cells supplemented only with 10% FBS were used as control samples. The data analysis was performed using the wound healing macro tool in ImageJ, which also created the shaded area wherever no cells used to be.
