Median nerve in the antecubital fossa. The image shows fusion of neighboring fascicles with creation of a single fascicular plexus. Fascicles are swollen and hypoechogenic due to endoneural edema. Areas of focal hyperechogenicity due to fragmentation of the epineurium and endoneurium.
