(A) Western blot assay identified that TXNIP, NLRP3, Cleaved Caspase‐1, GSDMD expression were significantly upregulation in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)/adenosine 5‐triphosphate (ATP)‐induced intestinal pyroptosis model. (B) After stimulation for 24 and 48 h, western blot assay identified that KLF4 expression was significantly upregulation in LPS/ATP‐induced intestinal pyroptosis model.
