A higher AF-compleasome in MOM week 1 was inversely associated with the number of morbidities (Spearman’s rho −0.361, p = 0.01, Kruskal Wallis test p = 0.048) (not shown in figure). Longitudinal samples of AF-compleasome in MOM related to number of inflammatory morbidities in the infant (any combination of sepsis, NEC, BPD, PDA, IVH and/or ROP) analyzed using General linear model, repeated measures. AF-compleasome levels (netAbs) is demonstrated on the Y-axis and sample timepoint (week 1, 4 and 12) demonstrated on the X-axis. The different lines demonstrate longitudinal values for the group of infants related to number of morbidities developed.
