Variations in the personalized NTA model. (A) Stimulation network: TMS administered with specific combinations of parameters (i) from the search space results in an E-field (ii) that directly affects the local cortical region. The variances in individual resting-state functional connectivity from different scans (iii) contribute to the variations in the stimulation network (iv) within the stimulated cortical region.
