UV cross-linking of a 65-kDa protein in the eluates from RNA affinity resins. UV cross-linking studies were performed as described in the legend to Fig. 3 with the 15 to 30% ammonium sulfate fraction (AMS) or with proteins eluted from the wild-type (WT eluate), triple-mutant (Mu eluate), or antisense (AS eluate) RNA affinity columns. ³²P-labeled wild-type apo-B RNA (A) or mutant apo-B RNA (B) was used as the probe. Samples were analyzed by SDS–10% PAGE and autoradiography.
