Fig. 6 — Temporal profiles of genes in the variable expression group across TMJ ankylosis. Using STC analysis, the expression profiles of 954 DEGs that temporally exhibited patterns of both increased and decreased expression were clustered, and 16 temporal clusters were obtained; among them, Clusters 47 and 22 were statistically significant.
