Light microscopy image of 90%–100% confluent monolayers of VeroE6 cells

Seed VeroE6 cells in a 24-well plate with a cell number of 1 × 10⁵ cells per well in D10 medium and incubate the plate at 37°C. 18–24 h later, check cells for confluency and take images of cells using light microscopy. Scale bar: 10 μm.
