Levels of the eCBs 2-AG and AEA in brains of animals orally dosed with Cannabis extract by gavage. Mass spectrometry was used to quantitate eCBs in brains and plasma of mice at study end. Mice received either vehicle control or crude Cannabis extract by gavage at the following doses of CBD and THC, respectively: 10 and 0.240 mg/kg/day (low), 20 and 0.480 mg/kg/day (medium), or 50 and 1.2 mg/kg/day (high).
