• 0% = No positive cells

• 1% = 1–33% positive cells

• 2% = 34–66% positive cells

• 3% = 67–100% positive cells

• 0% = When there was no staining.

• 1% = In parts where positivity was observed only at a magnification of 40x.

• 2% = In cases where the staining intensity was obvious at 10x, but not at 4x.

• 3% = In fields where immunopositive cells were seen even at 4x.

0 = Zero( Absent)

1,2 = Low

3,4 = Moderate/ Medium

6–9 = High
