Human multiple tissue Northern blot II (Clontech) contains RNA from spleen (lane 1), thymus (lane 2), prostate (lane 3), testis (lane 4), ovary (lane 5), small intestine (lane 6), colon (lane 7), and peripheral blood leukocytes (lane 8). Both blots were probed with 32P-labeled cDNA fragments of SNURF as described in Materials and Methods. To check the integrity of the RNA samples, the rat blot was reprobed with rat γ-actin, and the human blot was reprobed with human β-actin cDNA.
