Any Additional Overall Comments to the Author	This is an impressive study, and the author have presented a groundbreaking strategy leveraging the Variable Neighborhood Search (VNS) metaheuristic. However, I strongly believe that this paper could be accepted for publication in GigaByte after undergoing a complete revision addressing the following suggestions. 1. In this paper, the figures should be improved and the formulas should be more standardized. 2. In my opinion, it would be more beneficial for readers if the innovations of this manuscript are presented in a clearer manner. 3. I would like to see if the attention mechanism (transformer) works in your novel approach. I strongly believe that you would learn a lot about the transformer from these references (PMID: 36411674, PMID: 37788507). 4. You should conduct additional case studies to further validate the applicability of your method.
