CoC 6 was defined as CoC 5 and child vaccination at the 4th month of childbirth. CoC 7 was defined as CoC 6 and child vaccination at the 6th month of childbirth. CoC 8 was defined as CoC7 and child vaccination at the 9th month of childbirth. CoC 9 was defined as CoC 8 and child vaccination at the 15th month of childbirth.
