In a Patient Post-Breast-Conserving Therapy, Tamoxifen, and CRT with Nipple Discharge, new amorphous calcification in segmental distribution in the upper middle quadrant of the left breast was detected 2 years after the first post-treatment mammogram (approximately two years after complete treatment). Pathologically proven recurrent invasive ductal carcinoma, Grade 2
