N beam is the number of beams in the Bloch wave and scattering cluster algorithm, while N pixel is the number of pixels for the side length of a (square) diffraction pattern in multislice. Z MS and Z SCA are the total number of slices in multislice and the scattering cluster algorithm, respectively.
