Comparisons of the number (percentage of total number of species in that management style) of unique and total species in the total microbiome (n = 1,326) and the pathogenic species (n = 79) using a five-way comparison associated with each component. The samples were collected from the areas in which the management (Mgt) style of cross-vent (CV) or flow-through (FT) was implemented, and the unique species were combined into cross-vent and flow-through (dairy) data. Also listed is the total number of species found in each component.
