No difference in the accumulation of cells in G2/M was observed between DNA-PKCS-deficient and wild-type cells in response to ICRF-193. Exponentially growing AA8 (□) and V-3 ( ) cells were incubated with different concentrations of bleomycin (A) or ICRF-193 (B) for 24 h. The cells were harvested and stained with propidium iodide, and the percentage of cells in G2/M was determined by FACscan analysis. Each determination is the mean ± standard error of three different experiments.
