Protein kinase R-like ER kinase (PERK) expression and phosphorylation after glucose treatment. The expression of PERK and its phosphorylated form were analyzed in glucose-treated rat peritoneal mesothelial cells. Cells were treated with glucose for 24 hr at the indicated concentrations.
