TABLE 2.

Calculated p-values resulting from one-way ANOVAS to validate changes in fitness relative to the WT in broth (Table 2A - DMB vs DMB and Table 2D - DMB vs. LB and Table 2E - LB vs LB). One-way ANOVAs were also used to determine if the changes in fitness were the result of the specific genotype (Table 2B - DMB and Table 2F - LB) by comparing each mutant to the WT in the same respective silver concentration, or due to the presence of silver nitrate (Table 2C - DMB and Table 2G - LB) by comparing each population to itself in absence of silver nitrate.
