Multi-step RCMV replication kinetics
(A) REF cells were infected (MOI 0.05) with the parental RCMV-E- and BAC-derived clones E18 and E22. Viral titers in the supernatants (mean ± SEM of three biological replicates) were determined until day 7 post-infection.
