Estimates of DNA adducts in liver and kidney DNA of rats treated with 13-carcinogens 24 h post-dosing. [¹³C₁₀]-dG-C8–4-ABP was employed to estimate levels of dG-N²-N⁴-4-ABP and dA-C8–4-ABP; [¹³C₁₀]-dG-C8-AαC was used to estimate dG-C8-MeAαC and dG-C8-AF; [¹⁵N₅]-dA-N⁶-AL-I was employed to estimate dA-N⁶-AL-III and dA-ABA isomers, and [¹⁵N₅]-dG-N²-AL-I was used to estimate dG-ABA isomers which were estimated as a “single” adduct due to overlapping peaks.
