Effect of LY2444296 (0, 3, and 10 mg/kg) on alcohol self-administration at 8 h of abstinence. (A) The administration of LY2444296 significantly decreased alcohol self-administration in dependent rats at all doses (3 and 10 mg/kg) tested and did not produce any effects in nondependent rats. No differences in inactive lever responses were observed, regardless of treatment or alcohol dependence. The data are expressed as the mean + SEM. *p < 0.05, versus 0 mg/kg.
