Luciferase silencing assay using extracts of Hi5 cells that were either uninfected or infected with the recombinant baculoviruses AcMNPV-GFP (1), AcMNPV-dsLuc/GFP (2), AcMNPV-dsLuc/B2-GFP (3) and AcMNPV-asLuc/B2-GFP (4) at 3 days post infection (dpi).
