The distance between samples was calculated using the Unifrace distance method, and Anoism analysis was used primarily to detect whether the between-group differences were greater than the within-group differences and to determine whether the grouping was successful based on the R and P-values, where R>0 indicated that the between-group differences were greater than the within-group differences, and P<0.05 was considered to indicate statistically significant differences.
