R, response, is defined as the restoration of the platelet count to a range 30 and 100 × 109/L and along with at least a twofold increase from the baseline count. NR, nonresponse,is recorded when the platelet count remained below 30 × 109/L or did not double from the baseline count. Loss of CR or R, is denoted by a platelet count falling below 100 × 109/L (for those in CR), or dropping below 30 × 109/L or failing to achieve at least a twofold increase from the baseline count (for those in R)
