Amount of H2 produced by [Mo3S13]2− in homogeneous (Mo3/Ru) and heterogeneous (Mo3/GCN) photosystems after 60 min of visible light illumination with 445 nm. Turnover frequencies (TOFs) are calculated based on the real [Mo3S13]2− loadings derived from TXRF (Table 1). Blank experiments in the absence of [Mo3S13]2− resulted in a negligible (<0.1 nmol) amount of H2 generated.
