Analysis of β-HCH intracellular accumulation. The intracellular level of β-HCH in fibroblasts and melanocytes with different levels of pigmentation was measured by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and normalized for number of cells after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment (a).
