RMP specifically binds RPB5 in vitro. Partially purified bacterial recombinant proteins were fractionated by SDS–12.5% PAGE and stained with Coomassie brilliant blue (A) or transferred onto nitrocellulose membranes for far-Western blot analysis (B).
